Before I leave Florida, I’d like to share this night shot. I didn’t have a tripod so I used a high ISO and balanced the camera on the rail of the balcony.
In a city like Miami, it’s nice to be able to get above all the things that clutter your shot when you are shooting at street level. On the ground you have to deal with cars, traffic lights, street signs, light poles, and all kinds of garbage and distractions. From above, none of that is an issue. Nice change of perspective that I wish I could experience more often.
