Yes, everyone thinks of Florence because the famous Ponte Vecchio crosses the Arno there. In Pisa they think only of the Leaning Tower. It’s really a nice walk along the river in Pisa, and the first thing I did there. Believe it or not I’ve spent two nights in Pisa (not consecutive) and I’ve never seen that dang leaning tower and the field of miracles.
